Man-Made Churches Have Forgotten The Original Message

The early Church believed that Christ would return to rule over the nations. Christ Followers proclaimed this message faithfully. They believed it completely. They prayed for it fervently. It was on their minds always. At one point during Christ’s ministry, the apostles asked Him, “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?” (Matthew 24:3 Matthew 24:3)

And as he sat on the mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of your coming, and of the end of the world? After Christ’s death and resurrection, and just before His ascension to heaven, they again wanted to know, “Lord, will You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?” (Acts 1:6 Acts 1:6) When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, will you at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? Jesus told them it was not God’s intent that they should know exactly when this would happen. He told them they should concern themselves with proclaiming His message to the world (Acts 1:7-8 Acts 1:7-87)
